CANCELATION POLICY
- If a participant is no longer able to make a session they have already paid for, they are either entitled to reschedule or a refund will be available as long as they provide a minimum of one hours notice prior to the start of a session. If for any reason a participant is unable to provide the aforementioned notice, it will be at the coaches discretion as to whether a refund will be issued. - If a participant fails to attend a session they have already paid for, without providing adequate notice, a refund will not be issued.
