FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Direct Debit payments will be collected once per month at the beginning of the month. Where the scheduled collection date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the payment will be taken on the next working day.
Encompass Coaching does not store any card or payment details directly; all payments are securely processed through GoCardless, and customers are fully protected under the Direct Debit Guarantee. - Payments are calculated based on the cost of your 1 hour weekly session (may vary depending on venue) spread across a 38 week rolling annual programme.
E.g. an hours weekly session charged at £8.50 times a 38 week programme would equal £323, spread over 12 months would be a payment of around £27 per month.
- If your session takes place on a Monday, the payment is based on a 36 week programme, to account for no sessions running on bank holidays.
Yes, unless you cancel your subscription with us, we will continue to bill your card until instructed otherwise by you.
No, the admin team will book your child on to the sessions within 5 days, once your direct debit has been set up.

You can cancel anytime, you may just owe a small balancing payment.
Your child will be able to attend sessions up until you provide notice of cancellation.
Potentially. However, due to the nature of the spread payment structure, you may be due a refund, or you may have a small remaining balance to settle when cancelling.
