CIRCUIT TRAINING

Our circuits sessions focus on developing your base strength and fitness. We use a combination of bodyweight and equipment based training exercises, which can easily be repeated at home.

Maintaining your muscle mass and strength as you age is important and a way to fend off injuries and keep a healthy check on your weight management.

CARDIO TENNIS

Our cardio tennis sessions focus on building your cardiovascular fitness with a tennis style twist.
With no playing experience required, this can
be a great stand alone exercise class, whilst
also providing a low pressure entry
into tennis as a sport.


Cardio based exercise is not only
a great way to improve your lung and heart health, but it also helps to burn calories, manage appetite,
boost your mood & sleep better!
