CANCELATION POLICY

1. Purpose - This policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling Direct Debit payments with Encompass Coaching. 2. Cancellation Notice - Customers wishing to cancel their Direct Debit arrangement must provide a minimum of one month's written notice. - The notice period begins on the date we receive your written cancellation request. 3. How to Cancel - To cancel your Direct Debit, please notify us by email at a.woodyatt@encompasscoaching.co.uk 4. Important Information - If a Direct Debit payment is scheduled within the one-month notice period, it will still be processed. - It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available in their account for any remaining payments. - Once the cancellation is processed, no further payments will be collected. 5. Acknowledgment of Cancellation - We will confirm the cancellation of your Direct Debit in writing within five business days of receiving your request. 6.
