SERVICE DESCRIPTION
A session perfect for players who are new to the game or coming back from a break. We promise you'll get a 'handle' (pun intended!) on the basics of our sport by the end of our 4 week course. We guarantee a fun, relaxed and informative experience with one of our LTA qualified coaches! NB. All sessions are subject to a minimum running number of 4. Should the course not have sufficient uptake, we will offer you an alternative day/ time or a full refund, with a minimum notice period of 72 hours.

CANCELATION POLICY
- All payments for Kickstart must be made 72 hours prior to the start of the course to ensure correct coach to player ratios can be met and the session is viable. Any bookings cancelled before the 72 hour window will be due a credit or a refund in full. - In the case a participant cancels their place after the 72 hour window, refunds will be subject to a 2.5% administration fee. - If in the event one or more sessions are called off due to weather, a refund will be available. - If a session has begun and has run for 15 minutes or more before the session has to be called off due to weather, no credit, make up session or refund will be due. - It is to the coaches judgement & discretion whether the session will go ahead in the event of ambiguous weather conditions. - The coach will always try and give notice of a minimum of one hour where possible if the session needs to be cancelled due to weather. - If the coach needs to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances unrelated to weather, a refund will be available. - If a player cannot attend a pre paid group session, through no fault of the coach, no make up session, credit or refund will be due. - it is at the discretion of the head coach as to whether a refund or credit will be due if a player can no longer attend regular sessions, after making a pre payment and inside of the 72 hour period previously mentioned. - In the event a session or camp day is unble to run due to numbers, the coach will provide a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to the start. At which point a alternative session or day will be offered, or if an alternative can be provided a full refund will be available.
